Portfolio Analyst

1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial, operational, and key performance metrics from portfolio companies

• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors

• Develop dashboards and tools to track portfolio performance against investment theses

2. Operational Support & Financial Analysis

• Collaborate with portfolio management to identify operational improvement opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

• Support the execution of value creation initiatives, including cost optimization, revenue growth, and strategic projects

• Assist in financial modelling and forecasting to assess the impact of strategic initiatives

• Help evaluate liquidity events such as dividend recapitalization and refinancing

3. ESG Initiatives

• Assist in tracking and reporting ESG metrics across the portfolio and perform ESG audits

• Collaborate with portfolio companies to implement and enhance ESG frameworks and policies

4. Follow-on Investments and Bolt-on Acquisitions

• Assist in financial modelling, due diligence, and analysis of potential follow-on investments or bolt-on acquisitions

• Prepare materials to present these investment opportunities to the investment committee, board, and other stakeholders

5. Exits

• Provide support during exit planning and execution, including preparing materials for potential buyers, assisting in due diligence processes, and analyzing scenarios for optimal exit outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis

• Familiarity with financial statements and corporate performance metrics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Experience with ESG initiatives or frameworks is a plus
