Investment Analyst

Responsible for the end-to-end execution of the deal process and performing portfolio management functions:

• Assist in identifying potential portfolio companies by conducting sector and company research
• Evaluate and analyze potential investment opportunities
• Build financial and valuation models
• Assist in the review of legal documents
• Provide analytical support to portfolio companies
• Prepare reports for investors

• Ability to create valuation and financial models
• Ability to articulate conclusions from models or quantitative analyses to various stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong business communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• At least one (1) yr. of work experience in investment finance, corporate finance, consulting or related fields
