- Proactively source, screen, and evaluate new investment opportunities
- Lead initial deal evaluation, develop detailed financial models, and perform valuations
- Conduct thematic industry research and market analysis
- Develop clear, well-supported investment theses and present recommendations to the Investment Committee
- Manage due diligence workstreams, coordinating with advisors, consultants, and company management teams
- Assist in negotiating transaction terms, structuring deals, and executing transactions
- Support portfolio companies post-investment, including performance monitoring and value creation initiatives
- Contribute to exit planning and execution
- Develop market intelligence, maintain industry relationships, and actively build the firm’s deal pipeline
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus
- At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, financial planning, or corporate development
- Proven ability to independently manage financial analysis, due diligence, operational improvement initiatives and project workstreams
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Commercial and business acumen along with the ability to work with stakeholders across various levels of an organization
- Ability to identify issues, analyze and propose practical and realistic solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and S&P Capital IQ (or similar platforms)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and accountable; demonstrates strong ownership and delivers in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative and adaptable, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with responsible investment frameworks is a plus
