• Conduct detailed financial analysis and build complex financial models to evaluate potential investments
• Perform industry and market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
• Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities through networking, industry events, and proprietary research
• Support due diligence processes across financial, commercial, legal, operational, and ESG workstreams
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for investment committee, board and potential investors
• Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
• Assist in strategic initiatives with portfolio companies, including growth planning, capital raising, M&A activities, and ESG implementation
• Contribute to analysis and preparation for portfolio company exits
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
• Self-starter with high attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
