E&S Analyst

Sustainable Investing Development
•⁠  ⁠Assist on the development and ongoing refinement of the company’s E&S, climate and gender lens (‘Sustainability’) policies, ensuring it is implemented at the fund.
•⁠  ⁠Work with the investment team to set portfolio company Sustainability goals and targets that align with Navegar’s vision for sustainable growth.

Sustainability Integration:
•⁠  ⁠Work with investment team to implement Sustainability risk management strategies, improvements, KPI development, and performance tracking systems.
•⁠  ⁠Engage with the ESG officers and leadership team at the portfolio level to drive the Sustainability objectives.

Internal Culture & Training:
•⁠  ⁠Promote Sustainable investment culture by providing training, resources, and support across all functions of the fund.
•⁠  ⁠Promote a culture of accountability and sustainability, ensuring that all employees understand their role in achieving the fund’s Sustainability objectives.
